Senior Structural Engineer sought at a prestigious, Large Multidisciplinary consultancy. This role is based in London.

Overview
Our client is an established and reputable consultancy with offices world-wide. Their design and engineering work is underpinned by a commitment to innovation, collaboration and sustainability throughout an inclusive and diverse workforce.
They are seeking a senior engineer to aid the development of innovative, world-class structural solutions across complex architectural projects. You will work closely with design teams and lead areas of project development, carrying out technical analysis and modelling, coordinating with internal and external engineering partners, and helping to ensure the integration of structural design within highest quality architecture.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare structural calculations, analysis, diagrams and models supporting design development.

Take ownership of specific structural packages and guide their progress through project phases.

Coordinate effectively with architects, engineers and external consultants.

Support project leaders by contributing to design reviews and technical discussions.

Maintain ongoing professional development and support high standards of engineering delivery.
Requirements

Degree in structural engineering or a related field.

Ability to use various media for design development and documentation.

Ability to manage sensitive information and work both independently and as part of a team.

Strong technical engineering skills with track record delivering complex design projects.

Recently chartered or working toward chartership with a relevant professional institution.

Ability to communicate and present structural design decisions clearly.

Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure and manage competing demands.

A proactive, collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills.

Flexible attitude with resilience in balancing multiple priorities.

Desirable: knowledge of tools such as GSA, ETABS, SAFE, MicroStation or related software.
